$100 per session (50 minutes)

Non-attendance without notice, Late notice, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

I try to be flexible with clients changing appointment times to suit as I understand the challenges with scheduling and things can crop up.

With the exception of an emergency, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Non-attendance without notice or less than 24 hours notice you may be charged half of the session rate for the time slot. Repeated last minute cancellations may result in a full session rate being charged.

If you are late your appointment will still have to finish at the scheduled time to be fair to the next client.

As a courtesy, you may be sent a reminder for scheduled appointments. If a reminder is not sent for any reason, it is still your responsibility to arrive on time for all scheduled appointments. Jo Knight Counsellor will not be held responsible for you missing an appointment or arriving late, regardless of the reason.

If you have a recurring appointment time and cancel more than three (3) sessions in a row (regardless of providing advanced notice), I reserve the right to give that time slot to another client and/or terminate treatment. The only exception to this policy is in the event of immediate onset of cold or flu-like symptoms, or other covid-19 related precautions including recent positive tests or notifications of exposure.

Payment

Invoices will be sent the day of your session and will be due within 3 days.

Payments are to be made via internet banking.

Clients are liable for debt collection costs.
